Tul Na Ri Entertainment Ltd. T/A Simpsons Bar and Restaurant, Moville Road, Tulnaree, Carndonagh, Co. Donegal, F93 E8WF, Ireland wishes to recruit 3 Chef de Partie. Duties include preparation and presentation of complex dishes, assisting head chef for training and supervising junior Chefs, purchasing & dealing with suppliers, stock control, quality checks, waste control, health & hygiene compliance, and HACCP protocols, monitoring food safety & temperatures, maintaining cleanliness and good order of equipment and work areas, preparing reports and schedules, and performing key duties as assigned. Applicants must have minimum 2 years experience at similar position. Good communication skills required. Annual salary €36,605.00 Working Hours: 39 hours per week.
