Location: Leinster
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term | Full-Time, 39 Hours
Salary: From €43,268 per annum (€21.34 per hour), DOE

Are you a Communication Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) or Speech Therapist looking to develop your career within Adult Disability Services?
3Q Recruitment is recruiting a CORU Registered Communication Therapist / Speech and Language Therapist to support adults across specialist disability services in Leinster.
This role is ideal for an experienced SLT passionate about improving communication, promoting independence and delivering person-centred support.
You'll work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting adults with a range of communication needs across services throughout Leinster.
The Role
As a Communication Therapist / SLT, you'll assess individual communication needs and deliver evidence-based interventions that support independence, participation and quality of life.
You'll:
Complete Speech and Language Therapy assessments and interventions.
Conduct communication and competency assessments.
Develop person-centred communication support plans.
Support communication, participation and independence.
Work with multidisciplinary teams, families and support staff.
Provide communication strategies to frontline teams.
Maintain accurate clinical records.
Deliver services in line with CORU standards and best practice.
What You'll Need
Recognised Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
Current CORU Registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience.
Strong assessment, communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to manage your own caseload.
Full clean Irish driving licence, access to a vehicle and appropriate business insurance.
Experience within Adult Disability Services and IASLT membership are desirable.
