Senior Supervisor – Autism Day Services | Bray, Co. Wicklow Location: Bray, Co. Wicklow Contract: Permanent | Full-Time Hours: 39 Hours per Week Salary: From €43,283 per annum Senior Supervisor Jobs Bray | Social Care Leadership Are you an experienced Social Care professional ready to take the next step into leadership? 3Q Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Supervisor for a specialist Autism Day Service in Bray, Co. Wicklow. This permanent role combines frontline support with team leadership, giving you the opportunity to mentor staff while supporting autistic adults to develop skills, build confidence and achieve greater independence. The Role As Senior Supervisor, you'll lead and support frontline teams to deliver safe, effective and person-centred services. You'll: Lead, supervise and mentor Social Care teams. Coordinate staff rotas and workforce planning. Lead team meetings and support service improvements. Support Person-Centred Plans (PCPs). Promote independence, dignity, choice and community participation. Support daily living and personal care where required. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and best practice. Work with families, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams. What You'll Need Degree in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology or relevant Level 8 qualification. Overseas qualifications must have NARIC equivalency. Minimum 1 year's recent experience supporting people with complex needs. Supervisory or team leadership experience. Experience managing staff rotas and workforce planning. Strong understanding of Autism and person-centred support. Knowledge of Social Care legislation and regulations. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Full clean manual driving licence. Eligibility to work in Ireland.
