Duties include conducting computer-based diagnostic testing to identify and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on engines, transmissions, and braking systems.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform routine servicing and regular preventative maintenance inspections (such as 12-week inspections) in line with manufacturer specifications.
- CVRT Preparation: Inspect and service vehicles to ensure they meet the regulatory standards.
- Roadside Assistance: Attend to broken-down or accident-damaged commercial vehicles off-site to either perform immediate repairs or arrange recovery.
- Compliance & Admin: Maintain accurate records of all inspections, repairs, and parts used. Adhere strictly to Health and Safety protocols.
