- Minimum of 2+ years in a Chef role Minimum of 2+ years experience with wok style cooking
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Chef qualification &/or relevant previous experience
- HACCP trained
- Flexible approach to working hours and duties
- Works well under pressure / Drive and ambition to succeed
