Chef de Partie

Here at MJ Finnegans we are currently hiring for position of Chef De Partie to join our team. You must be able to work well under pressure and as part of a large team. Experience is essential- minimum 2 years. Career progression and training opportunities available in house Attractive working week of 37.5 hours (Monday to Sunday) and very competitive salary on offer. Job Duties: Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
