Procurement Officer

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team at ESMT Ltd., located at Monaghan Road, Cork, T12 PC82. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating with contractors, and managing purchases such as printing, graphics, and event materials. You will work closely with vendors and contractors, particularly those involved in event set-up, and help ensure purchasing is handled efficiently and in line with company policy. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field. Strong negotiation, organisational, and communication skills are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines. Familiarity with procurement software is an advantage.
