RLBL Limited The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking and finishing a variety of breads, rolls and other bakery products in accordance with established recipes and quality standards. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes and production requirements. * Measure, weigh and prepare ingredients accurately. * Prepare, knead, shape and portion dough for baking. * Proof and prepare dough prior to baking. * Operate ovens at the appropriate temperatures and baking times. * Monitor baking times, temperatures and product quality. * Check finished bakery products for quality, consistency, texture and appearance. * Prepare bakery products according to daily production requirements. * Ensure ingredients and bakery materials are properly stored and handled. * Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic bakery and preparation area. * Clean and maintain bakery equipment in accordance with food safety procedures. * Monitor ingredient levels and assist with stock rotation. * Follow food hygiene, HACCP, food safety and health and safety procedures. * Work efficiently as part of the bakery team to meet daily production requirements. * Perform other reasonable duties related to the Baker role as required by management.
