PINK BEE LIMITED is seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join its kitchen operation in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality menu items in accordance with the establishment’s recipes and quality standards. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •⁠ ⁠Prepare, cook and present dishes and menu items to the required standard. •⁠ ⁠Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use. •⁠ ⁠Follow established recipes, cooking methods and portion specifications. •⁠ ⁠Maintain consistent standards of taste, quality and presentation. •⁠ ⁠Assist with menu planning and the development of new dishes when required. •⁠ ⁠Monitor stock levels and ensure the correct storage and rotation of food. •⁠ ⁠Minimise food waste through appropriate preparation and portion control. •⁠ ⁠Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and kitchen safety. •⁠ ⁠Comply with HACCP and all applicable health and safety requirements. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS •⁠ ⁠A minimum of two years’ professional experience working as a chef. •⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen procedures. •⁠ ⁠Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards. •⁠ ⁠Ability to work efficiently and maintain consistent food quality. •⁠ ⁠Good communication and organisational skills. •⁠ ⁠Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
