Emerald Oasis Spas is looking for a skilled and passionate Marketing Executive to join their team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. This role is crucial in driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities Engage with online leads to understand their wellness goals and backyard requirements; Discusses business methods, products or services and targets customer group with employer or client in order to identify marketing requirements; Establishes an appropriate quantitative and qualitative market research methodology and prepares proposals outlining programmes of work and details of costs; Collates and interprets findings of market research and presents results to clients; Discusses possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, promotion etc. in light of market research with appropriate departments; Briefs advertising team on client requirements, monitors the progress of advertising campaigns and liaises with client on potential modifications; Discusses employer’s or clients’ requirements, plans and monitors surveys and analyses of customers’ reactions to products; Produces and/or assesses reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies; Act as the primary admin for the Oasis Spas Ireland website (CMS/WordPress), ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotional banners are accurate and visually stunning; Maintain relationships with customers to encourage referrals and ensure a 5-star experience throughout the installation process; Created and optimize content for social media, website, and email marketing, driving engagement and brand awareness; Leading sales and marketing strategies, achieving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: Proven experience (1+ years) as a Sales Executive, Marketing Executive or similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach to sales. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Some experience in leading websites; Required for occasional site visits to customers' homes. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: €36610 per year Work Location: Hybrid and Carrick-On-Suir, Ballynevin, Co.
