Horticulture Operative

Staff required for work in an expanded mushroom company. Duties will include picking mushrooms, sorting, grading and packaging, cleaning and preparing mushroom beds and other associated tasks. Staff will be required to work to health and safety standards and to use harvesting and other tools. Staff are required to meet production targets. Salary stated is the minimum annual remuneration based on a 39-hour week. Weekly hours may vary. Experience of similar work and/or relevant qualification is desirable. Employer will help in sourcing accommodation and provide necessary training.
