Accommodation and Restaurant Assistant

This dual role requires Administrative, Multitasking and customer service skills. You will split time between Housekeeping (cleaning guest rooms, changing linens, stocking amenities), Administrative work, and Food and Beverage Services (welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables). Accommodation Assistant Duties Room Maintenance: Clean and prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standard (making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing towels/toiletries). Public Areas: Keep corridors, stairways, and public areas spotless. Customer Management/Administration: Manage bookings and assist with checking-in guests Waiter/Waitress Duties: Customer Care: Greet diners, present menus, and offer recommendations. Order Taking & Service: Accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and deliver orders promptly. Section Upkeep: Clear tables, reset sections for new guests, and manage billing/cash handling if required. General Requirements: Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods. Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Hygiene & Safety: Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations, such as the use of PPE and cleaning chemicals.
